The wrap-around label is made from memory-free, flame-retardant vinyl (M1301) and features a permanent adhesive. This material is ideal for long-term identification of wires and cables. Its strong adhesive ensures the label stays securely in place, even on the smallest diameter, at both low and high temperatures. The laminate that wraps around both the wire and the printed information ensures the print is well protected against scratches, damage, oils, and chemicals. The label remains highly legible over time, which is crucial for quick troubleshooting or prompt repair of e.g. cable breakage.

Applications for M1301 wrap-around labels

The wraparound label is also suitable for laboratory applications involving extremely low temperatures, such as when using liquid nitrogen in cryogenic applications (down to -196ºC). Simply wrap the label around a test tube and make sure the self-laminating material wraps not only around the tube but also around itself. This ensures optimal adhesion, keeping the label intact even at very low temperatures.
