Materials for heat-resistant labels

We categorise our heat-resistant labels by their temperature tolerance: up to +80°C and above +80°C. For example, polypropylene materials are heat-resistant up to +80°C, while polyester can withstand temperatures as high as +150°C, making it a preferred choice for industrial applications. Polyester labels are an excellent choice if you a require straightforward, heat-resistant solution for identifying items such as materials, electrical enclosures, electric motors, automotive components, machinery, or products like televisions, monitors, and phones.

This material is capable of withstanding continuous temperatures of up to +150°C and short temperature bursts of up to 250°C. Additionally, polyester offers excellent resistance to oils and chemicals and shows minimal shrinkage, except under extremely high temperatures.

Within our polyester range, we also offer a specialised tamper-evident material called Checkerboard. This material has the same heat-resistant properties as other polyester materials but with the added benefit of leaving a visible chessboard pattern on the surface when removed. This tamper-evident label material allows you to detect any tampering attempts, making it a popular solution for consumer electronics.
