The benefits of vinyl tape on a roll

Oftentimes, our customers choose vinyl for printing labels intended for long-term outdoor use. The material is thicker than most other label materials, offers an extremely strong permanent adhesion, and is highly resistant to damage or tearing. Its UV resistance and weatherproof qualities ensure that your coding remains clearly legible and scannable. The lifespan for outdoor use ranges from 5 to 10 years.

Printing your own vinyl labels

When you order our vinyl tape on continuous rolls, you are able to cut or trim your labels to size after printing. The material is available in rolls of 30 or 100 metres, and widths of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. The 30-metre rolls are supplied on a 40mm core, while the 100-metre rolls have a 76mm core. Please note, our vinyl material can only be printed using a thermal transfer printer. For best results, we recommend a resin printer ribbon, such as R2304 or R2309.
