Paintmask labels

Labels used for industrial surface treatments such as powder coating, wet painting, chemical pre-treatment, and galvanisation need to meet strict requirements. If the labels come off during one part of the treatment process, it slows down the entire process. The Paintmask label has been specially developed for use during various types of industrial surface treatments. The polyester label material can withstand high temperatures of up to +150ºC and briefly even up to +250ºC.

The clever folding construction of the Paintmask label allows you to easily apply an additional protective laminate to the label. This extremely heat-resistant laminate protects the (barcode) information on the label during the powder coating or wet painting process. After the treatment is complete, you can easily remove the laminate and you will find the label fully integrated into the surface. More importantly, the printed information on the label is still readable for both the human eye and a barcode scanner.
